I am very happy with Richard from PR plumbing heating and air. I love the company over all. I'm an apartment manager and use them for installing water heaters and fixing plumbing issues. I recently reached out to them for some heater issues I was having at the property. Richard was very informative and extremely gracious in explaining what was going on to me. I am especially grateful because he discovered why my heater wasn't working, which had been misdiagnosed previously by two other companies. I would most certainly recommend PR Plumbing Heating & Air. I had called around to a handful of contractors to get a quote on cleaning my air ducts, turned out be challenging because many of them didn't do it or didn't have time in their schedule. But PR answered the call, came out and gave me a quote with details. It was expensive but the guys did a good job, they were professional and very informative. I'd use PR again.

Came out the day of our call to fix a leaking pipe. Arrived at the scheduled time and was quick, clean, courteous and fairly priced

We had a cracked pipe in our master bathroom, it was in the ceiling connected to the upstairs neighbors plumbing. We were told the plumber would be by between 11am-1pm, he showed up at 11:30am and was very courteous. Got strait to work and completed the work in a timely manner. So glad the problem is fixed and there will be no more leaky ceiling! Thank you!
