They were so professional and neat, the rooms are warmer and lm sure they will be cooler in the summer.EnergyStar is a really great transformation for our home it makes our house
Look better too! And EnergyStar windows just made the Value of our home go up, lm so happy that l went with EnergyStar windows, and lm sure you will be too.

Would I recommend the young man going door to door setting up appointments? Definitely. Nice, respectful and ready to answer questions.
Would I recommend the two people that did the painting? Definitely.
The salesman and the company? I am not so sure.
The salesman was a little testy. But, what concerns me is that he laid everything out like it was one step at a time. Like 10 or 11 steps. Example, he said the wood would be treated with a worm repellent, then painted. The only way that was done is if they combined the repellent in the paint.
What the did was a light power wash, spray on stucco, paint the house then paint the trim.
The salesman said there would be a supervisor watching the whole process. He said it like it was someone other than the 2 actual painters.
The salesman, at time of signing contract, said he was sending a gift card. Didn’t happen. But, all of that is inconsequential compared to the one thing that really bothered me. Once we signed the contract, we heard no more from the company or th salesman. They did not call upon completion or after, to ask if we were satisfied with the work or if we had questions. That is just poor business operations.
The painter himself did call and said he enjoyed working on the house.
Beside the paint job, we had other companies put in new central air, new hot water heater, new roof, new windows and new blinds. Every one of those companies called after the job was completed to see if we were satisfied.

I just got my windows installed last year. I absolutely love my windows, the house is an older home and now looks brand new. Everyone was very professional, I even fed them my Posole. I would recommend Energy Star to all my friends and family.

This is the worst company to do business with...I worked for Alex Ali for over 2 years ....he took major advantage of homeowners and preyed on the low income and berated his employees into submission ...then the owner Alex Ali would give away his cheap brown weed in order to buy loyalty....if any question just ask anyone whos ever worked there or done business with them..I'm very surprised they are still in business..no ethics, no moral compass whatsoever.

Quick, painless, they were in and out in about 2 hours and my house feels amazing when the AC is blasting.
Professional/courteous and informative. Honest fella that initially came and got my business. Wouldn't think twice using this company again for home repairs.

I had the Air conditioner and the gutters replaced by Energy Star. Very satisfied with the professional work and would recommend to call them first when searching for a competent remodeling company.

The workers were very fast and polite. They did an excellent job installing my mother’s windows and always kept the area clean. They weren’t carefree nor were they rushing any of their work. I think they did a great job.

First, I would like to thank Demetrius for his professionalism, understanding and consideration regarding financing and my daughter's specific needs. Thank you, Atia for remodeling of shower/bathroom to make it handicapped accessible for my daughter. Thank you Barry and Eddie for my beautiful French Doors. Now my daughter will be able to enjoy our backyard. Thank you Frank for making sure all was done in a timely fashion. And a extra special Thank you to Atia who did the tile work, painting etc., to be sure this picky lady was satisfied. I appreciate the little extras you all did to make me one happy customer!! I would highly recommend your company for any remodeling job.
