Big 0 star ⭐️! I had my patio cover installed over two years ago and it leaks every time it rains. Also now rusted and ugly. I have been trying to get a hold of them since October 2021 to have it repaired. Unfortunately no such luck. I have been calling Frank and Stephanie, but they don’t seem to care about my issue. They just keep ignoring me. It’s supposed to be a lifetime warranty, but they are not keeping their words. So, I been dealing with this problems for the last over two years. I wish I didn’t used this company, because they are unprofessional and unreliable. I wish I read their reviews first, especially from the BBB reviews. Total nightmare from the beginning. The installer were very messy, because they left their garbage in my backyard. Their music was loud and annoying, which my neighbor didn’t appreciate it. There was delay, not showing up and leaving early. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
I tried to file a complaint with BBB, but luckily they had been REVOKED due to failure following BBB guidelines. Not surprise!

I had a great experience with energy star and their work crew! I had my windows replaced through them and once installed gave my home the curb appeal it definitely needed! Their installers were friendly and did the work in a fast and efficient way. Cleaned up after themselves and I’m in love with my windows! Would definitely recommend to family and friends

The good thing about this company is they come to fix stuff pretty soon after I make a request, the bad part is I’ve had to have them out multiple times because the construction is such poor quality. They are much more expensive than competitors and you’d expect better quality. In the pictures you can see how well they seal the patio covers, which is basically not at all. There is water leaking everywhere possible, even where they ran the electrical, and an end cap blew away never to be found lol. Everyone at the company is very nice but sadly I would not recommend them to anyone, not worth the hassle of having someone come out after every rain

Had my windows upgraded on my house recently. Gave me lots of options to choose from and all at a very reasonable price. They arrived on time, and stayed pretty much on schedule. People I spoke to and dealt with, both on the phone and in person were polite, courteous, and informative. Were more than happy to answer any questions that I had and my windows came out exactly how I wanted. I'm sure I'll be calling on their services again for more improvements on my home in the future. The salesperson who worked with us was both helpful and personable. He was up front about the fact that it would take a few months for the job to be completed due to materials delays. Once things got underway, we had the slab/walkway poured and the pergola constructed in just over a week. Their crews were accommodating when it came to working with our schedule. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that it looks like someone measured wrong and drilled a set of holes too low when assembling the pergola. It would be a bigger deal if I didn't I already have to patch some cracks in the stucco. Other than that, I can't really speak to how the cover holds up in the rain. We'll see. Overall, it looks good and we're excited to start hosting backyard BBQs.

I got a patio cover with this company and paid almost double what some else was going to do the job for just because they said it was a big company and it came with a warranty and that they would take care of all the paperwork as far as the permit and everything... its been 2 years now and i haven't gotten anything and i have called to let them know i have a leak and that mold is forming under the patio... they keep saying that they will call me back and send someone out to see but its been over a year and no 1 has called or showed up... bad customer service.. why offer a warranty and promise the world if your never gonna ask the phone or show up.

The salesman I spoke too we’re very professional, they walked through everything with me. The customer service was amazing! They handled everything really really well. And the service was also amazing! They did great quality work and the men were efficient doing there jobs. I would recommend this company for any service needed!!

My wife and I just got out house last year and we had a few projects that needed to be done. Mike really helped us out and made everything easy for us! Very happy with his communication, how prompt everyone was and our house feels more like our home. Thanks Mike!!!

This company did a he'll of a job painting my house. I love there customer service. Highly recommend that if anyone needs there house painted professionally every star construction are the o es to get the job done right!
