Our home warranty had them come out to make some adjustments to our AC, mind you our unit was still working, however not efficiently. After they came, the unit stopped working and we noticed burnt marks around the electrical connections at the unit. They said they don't know what happened. Now they don't answer and we are without a unit, in the middle of June. Home warranty won't do anything about it since there is no mention in the report.

Do not use this servicer. They are completely unresponsive and unprofessional. They refuse to answer the phone, and have a voice-mail advising to text them instead for a faster response. They also do not respond to text messages which I have proof of. I have been without AC for months because of them. My home warranty has reached out numerous times. I do not know why they contract with home warranties if they refuse to comply with service requests. They use home warranties as a scapegoat for not completing service requests and will blame the home warranty for things not getting done, supplies not being picked up, and so on when I can see here in the reviews I was not the only one having issues. I also asked for an itemized receipt for charges which they refused to provide. The one time I did speak to the owner he said the supplier never sent my unit, yet the home warranty proved their contact with them regarding the unit. They also advised their techs do not do appointments and only work "on a whim" when theyre available with no time frame. This company needs to be thoroughly investigated.

The first visit lasted all of five minutes, and they claimed they “couldn’t stress test it because it wasn’t warm enough” despite us telling them a separate company had already diagnosed a coil leak.
The second visit also lasted about five minutes, in which we were told about the coil leak we already knew about, and the technician never one looked at the unit or did the previously aforementioned “stress test”.
The THIRD visit never happened. They scheduled a date to come repair our unit without asking if that date worked for us, so my husband took the day off from work. They showed around 4:45, pulled into the driveway, then backed out and left immediately without even speaking to my husband. They then sent a text that they “didn’t have the part yet, so they couldn’t repair our unit”. No further follow up, no apology for making us wait on them all day only for them not to bother coming and performing any services.
We’ve yet to hear from them since. It’s 82 degrees in our house, and we haven’t heard a peep from them in weeks. I’m very disappointed that this was the company our warranty company assigned to us, and even more disappointed that despite multiple complaints against them, the warranty company continues to use them. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness of the technicians, the lack of communication, and the absolute bare minimum that they choose to perform in mind boggling.

This company’s 3.2 star rating definitely speaks volumes. Technician came out and did nothing but make excuses. Then said the HVAC unit needed a cleaning service that would cost $1,200.00! The average cost for a unit cleaning is $159.00. These contractors know that in extreme weather people get desperate to the point that they will pay for their ridiculous overpriced services. No thank you.

Matthew who I will say Definitely knows what he is doing, was sent out and went up on roof checked everything and replaced thermostat. Very happy and pleased with service.
The OEP
Home warranty assigned A's air. They came out and identified the issue. 5 days went by and I didn't get an update so I called the home warranty company. They said A's air had never submitted the documentation needed to proceed with the repair. I called A's air and texted them several times and they never responded to me. Home warranty ended up assigning a new company. I wish A's air would have responded to me but instead of filing the report they are making me and my family sit in a house with no air conditioner.

Had them take a look at my ac cause it don't cool. Only thing the tech did was connect gauges and said it was low. So he added some. He did not verify any repairs just to see if ac gets cold. Still having issues and now I can't seem to get a hold of them. Do not use this company. You will be wasting your time and money

Used them through home warranty. They did not fix my AC, and I waited a week, now it will be another week for them to come back out and I doubt it’ll be repaired then either. Not responsive at all to texts or calls.
