NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

We used Edward H. from NexGen today. The service was outstanding and Edward was super professional. We have used several other HVAC companies in the past but will definitely stick with NexGen moving forward.

Ruben Vicuna was my technician and was excellent in diagnosing the issue with my heating unit. He took a video to show me and made the repairs in a reasonable time and took more pictures to show me the final outcome. I will definitely call NexGen the next time for any HVAC issues.

Manuel did a great job. Fixed two of my toilets. Explained what was wrong with them. Gave me options for the work and afterwards everything was golden. I’d used Nexgen again and hopefully be lucky enough to get Manuel. He was friendly, professional and knew his job. I’m very happy with the work.

Jason came to my home after a landscaping company put a hole in my water main. Jason was super friendly and did quality work quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (which were many). I will definitely be using NexGen for all my future plumbing needs.

Before calling Nexgen, I have called several other places that either never came or they gave me random quotes that ended up being only for the furnace and nothing else. What I liked about this company is they are reliable, professional and thoroughly walked me through my house and educated me about the all aspects of the components to hvac services. I know it is super pricey for everything getting redone, but they hit on all of the areas in which I had questions about. I am satisfied as of now; will update after the entire installation is complete and running the ac/heater a bit.

Nextgen arrived on time, explained all my options and since I had used this company before, I know the job will be performed as expected.
They will be repairing and adding to the sewer line in our garage , for the washing machine.
