George Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Tech showed up with a trainee, ok no problem. was very courteous but did to much on the "up sale", all said and done was about $7k to replace a water heater!... really? plus my water pressure was supposedly high. I asked for a detailed quote that was itemized and was told it would be emailed to me.
Never did i get the quote. And the two follow on businesses my water pressure was perfect. I actually went out and purchased a calibrated WPG and found the WP to be fine at all my taps. Contacted GP again for detailed quote to find out why their prices were so drastically more expensive and I quote:
"we just can't provide the same prices as others do because of the way our business is structured and the overhead costs associated" and still refused to give me an itemized quote. Never doing ANY type of business have i experienced both personal and business have i been refused a detailed itemized quote. What are they hidding?
Edit. My apologies it was $6817, in writing! No details, no break down. Your gauge is out of calibration, did not show gauge to me just "stated" its high, which i now know to be b.s. Why are you hiding the itemized invoice? outrageous mark up on materials above and beyond,

Our A/C went out during the current hot weather. They were responsive to my urgent pleas and the technician was here in 48 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed part. He was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased to having our A/C working again so quickly

Great service as always. Had some concerns the AC or central fan was going out. They came out on time and did a thorough job looking for issues and consulting on what to do and not to do. Professional, personable and polite I highly recommend as we have been using them for years.

Dave and his crew went above and beyond when they installed an HVAC system in our home. They answered all of our questions, repaired our wiring, and stuck to their quote despite having to make multiple trips to get the system up and running.
The entire team (John was also knowledgeable and AMAZING) worked extra hard to make sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. All of the employees at George Plumbing were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.

Wayne showed up on time and was amazing. He explained what he was going to do and went out of his way to make sure I had hot water on a long weekend. Definitely will call them first next time I need a plumber. Thank you George's and Wayne!

Nelson was on time, knew what he needed to do, did it, explained what he did and left. I trust him. He really is one of the "Good Guys." Very happy with the service. He checked what we would need to install a gas line for a kitchen range.

I was beyond impressed with my technician. He asked permission to come into my home, wore booties on his shoes to keep the dirt out, and was very professional and informative. He made me feel very safe and even played with my dog a little to get him to calm down. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again! I highly recommend George Plumbing. They have been doing service and repairs for both my house and my parents' for years.
