I called for a ac repair they said they could come out that evening no show no call I called back they apologized and said they would try to squeeze me in Sunday and if not for sure Monday between 8:00 and 10:00 am I waited till after the appointment window and called back they apologized again and said they were calling the technician and he would call me again I waited for a hour called back they said they were going to call the owner and call me back in 5 minutes a hour and a half later again I call back I get the same guy on the phone he puts me on hold for a few minutes gets back on the phone and starts making apologies and said they were not going to be able to make it and said to call another company totally unprofessional I could have called another company days ago and had my problem taken care of
