Alpha Mechanical - Heating & Air Conditioning

Alpha Mechanical gave my HVAC unit a thorough inspection and a much more reasonable quote to replace it compared the the 3 other companies who provided quotes for installing the same model system. I highly recommend Alpha Mechanical.

Alpha came in well cheaper and even less than half of one quote. Andrey and David were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The Trane system is really quiet and the house cools so much quicker!

Everyone we worked with was very professional and courteous, plus they have reasonable pricing compared with other companies. Our AC went out and another company came out and did a 5 minute diagnostic for $89 and then quoted us $20,000 for a new system. We got a second opinion from Alpha Mechanical who suggested we just replace the failing component instead of the entire unit. Even better, they came out on a holiday to get everything working again. Compared to our experience with other companies, they don't upsell and the pricing is fair. Our AC now runs better than it has in years.

In last year we used Alpha Mechanical twice. We live in fairly new home but our office during summer time is always much hotter than the rest of the rooms because we have computers that are working all the time. We were called Alpha Mechanical to consult what can be done. When Andrey @ Alpha Meachanical arrived he went to the attic and installed adapter on heating / ac until that gave more air flow to our office. Second time we called Alpha Mechanical to do service on our AC until that was outside. It need it more freon and Alpha Mechanical was able to stop at our home same day we called, so we really enjoyed promised service and their honesty.

They came out the next day to check on my struggling a/c. When the job ended up being more complicated Andre stayed late and came back the next day to finish the job. A/C is working well again.

This company has helped get to the bottom of what our issues were from other companies. They work fast and really know what they’re doing. The rates are very good. Thank you Alpha for fixing our AC! We appreciate all the staff as well!

Called for maintenance check of air conditioner. Andrey came out the next day at appointed time. He checked AC and furnace, added coolant to AC. inspection and service completed in half hour. Very business-like and efficient. Very pleasant to deal with. I recommend him very highly.

Rescued us from the 100+ heat wave on the same day when our AC died!! Andrey was prompt, clearly knew his stuff as he worked his way through the troubleshooting of our system and identified the likely culprit. Had the part, explained that this should fix it but explained that sometimes things are not quite so simple. Proceeded to quickly replace the part, restarted the AC (Yeah!!!), inspected/assessed system and cleaned heat exchanger- suggested we plan on replacing the system in the coming years but to keep running it until it truly dies as it should last the season. Easy swipe for a quite reasonable charge for the service call, part and installation and cleaning, got invoice and receipt via email. Thank you so much, recommend highly, won’t hesitate to call again if we need repair and clearly number one option when we decide to replace the system down the line!
