Brad came down same day I called. Much appreciated. Got our ac back on track, cleaned out the compressor box and explained exactly what he was doing and what his meter was showing. Friendly and courteous! He has helped us out before, and once again. Will always use Five Star!

Had an issue with a thermostat, called up another company that couldn't fix it and told me I needed a whole new AC system for around $60k. Called 5 Star Service off a recommendation from a friend, and Kevin fixed it in an hour for less than 100 bucks. Honest, reliable, and not out there to up-sell you for things you don't need. I will call this company for anything I need in the future.

This company is great. I requested a maintenance check on our furnace. We called at 7:00 am and he was able to come by the same day at 1:00 pm.
Brad arrived on time. He and his helper wore face masks and quickly checked the furnace. We live in a multi-family unit and he discovered that we also have a second furnace. He answered every question I had. Brad is personable, knowledgeable and informative. Brad repaired the first unit which happens to be 34 years old. And in the second unit, the thermostat needed to be replaced.

We were very happy with the service that we received from Five Star Service Co. We needed a service call on our air conditioning and was able to get an appointment the next day. 8/13/19: Five Star was not going to let our job just go away. They came back twice to eliminate the high whistle noise on the return vent. They fixed the whistling noise so well we have a hard time knowing the A/C is on as it it very quiet and much more efficient.

The work completed by 5 Star was completed on time. The drywall and patching was very good. The issue is the hole where the thermostat (relocated upstairs) was not patched.

Very pleased with the estimate. Gave timelines and additional info I did not think about. Has options to fit budget/needs. Reasonable prices and understands customer concerns about delays and “additional costs”.

Experience was excellent, arrived on time, quickly review problem and had a discussion regarding what I wanted done. We agreed to do a fix and have a proposal to replace an aging system. I felt he was honest with me without talking down to me. It was a pleasant experience, my air conditioner is now working and I have a very reasonable quote for a new system.

We called Brad at Five Star Service after having two companies out that could not fix our furnace! He came out and had it running in no time with no huge bill or talk of having to replace it. Save yourself some time and just call the best!
