Five Star Service Company

Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave (of course). We called Five Star and they came to my house the next day and provided a quote. We liked the price and they were able to install a new energy-efficient system the same week. The crew that showed up to do the work was professional and polite. They did the job in one day and cleaned up the mess. They vacuumed the house where they worked and swept my driveway where they stored the equipment. The AC works perfectly and I could not be happier with the price and service I received. I highly recommend.

We recently had Five Star install a new heater at our house. After discussing our options with Brad we decided to go ahead and install a new A/C as well. We never had air conditioning before so we weren't sure if it was even possible to do on our budget. Brad assured us we could get good quality equipment and his team would be able to install everything on our budget. We even got new duct work and a fancy thermostat with multiple sensors that enable us to operate everything from our phones.

Brad at Five Star is amazing! He came out to our house quickly to give us an estimate and was very honest.l and trustworthy. He did exactly what we asked and within a few days, we had a completely new unit installed. We will be using Five Star for all our heating and AC needs and Recommend him to all our family, friends, clients.

We had somewhat of an emergency situation with our furnace. I called ELEVEN places and Five Star Service Co. was the first ones that were able to make a spot for me in their day! Top quality service was provided!! Brad came out to run tests and the following day (today) Jerry and Nick came to install our new furnace. UNBELIEVABLE customer skills both days!!! I engaged most with Brad and Jerry they represented their company very well...but Nick was great too! I especially appreciated that Brad and Jerry were both willing to talk with my husband over the phone to let him know their findings and the services provided. Jerry was probably my favorite though! Eye contact, handshake, explaining the "daily plan" and keeping me updated throughout the day of their progress! Jerry and Nick left their work area very clean! Thank you Five Star!!!! I give you 5 Stars!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great company. Brad and his team were extremely professional and courteous. They were Covid safe and communicated every step of the way. I have zero complaints. Got the job done in 2 days and everything works great. Don’t hesitate, give them a call!
