Absolutely trustworthy, hardworking and honest group of people. We had a slight issue with the condensation pump causing noise and Stephan had his crew out the next day. A+ service for sure!

Stephan was fast, responsive and answered all the questions. The guys who installed were very professional and knowledgable and we love our new heat pump system. Great to be able to support a local family owned business!

Recently Alanis Air was asked to add central air conditioning to our house. At the same time, we had our old furnace replaced. The price was competitive and done within 2 weeks of our contract approval. This winter our furnace was emitting an odor that was not acceptable. Tony worked with us to try to solve the problem. After a couple of weeks Alanis Air removed our new furnace and replaced it with another brand for no cost to us. The odor issue was resolved. Tony was extremely accommodating and always kept stating he wanted us happy no matter what. Alanis Air came through. We are very pleased with the service and new system and the Alanis family business. Highly recommend them.

I found Alanis Air on Home Concepts Magazine and when I first spoke to Stephan on the phone, I had a very good first impression. He made me feel very comfortable and provided a detailed explanation of the installation procedures that would suit my home specifically. The technicians are very experienced, punctual, efficient, and responsive. I am very happy with the services I received and I would recommend this company to others in the future.

We contacted Alanis air after getting quotes from a few other companies. Alanis air set up an estimate appointment for the very next day and we were able to schedule the install for the following week. They gave us a price we were comfortable paying and felt was very fair for electrical upgrades and a new AC unit as compared to the other estimates we received. They did a great job and were fantastic to work with. We have an older home that presented a few challenges and the team did a great job circumventing potential issues. We would highly recommend Alanis Air, very friendly and honest.

Stephan looked really sketchy cause he really wanted the job and the price he was giving me was unbelievable low, so I was nervous and thought it was a scam but he delivered and the job was definitely great, they charged me 9 thousand less than “same day Heating and air conditioning” so that’s pretty much why I was sketched out but they delivered perfectly, I have no complaints and I will used them for my rental house.

So pretty much if you feel like Stephan is trying to scam you because of the cheap price, please don’t worry he won’t let you down.

I needed my old 1973 unit replaced. Stephan provided a very competitive quote...over 2,000 less than other quoted I had received. We worked out an install time about 5 days after signing a contract. Because my old unit was so antiquated, Juan and Tim the installers made sure everything would work perfectly and installed an extra sump switch for the condensate. Great experience. If you need heating and air work, these guys will treat you right. Stephan has my number that I don't want to publish on the internet, but I told him if a customer wants a referral, give me a call.

My AC went out during the hottest days of the year. Tony was so attentive and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. These guys are honest and didn’t try to push me to replace something that could be repaired. I will use them next year for yearly maintenance. Thank you Tony !
