Wow- what service! I knew about this family owned business for years and heard good things. When my 94 year old mother needed help regulating her air conditioning among other system issues, one of the owners ( Richard) came out, was very patient with my mom, called me long distance, talked me through things and provided just amazing honest service. He works closely with his team and they are all experts! I have since discovered that the company also gives back to the community in Escondido and San Diego. An extremely impressed customer in Escondido, top notch family owned business!

We purchased a home with an older HVAC system installed by Aelott (and still running 24 years later) and decided to give them a call to have it serviced and replace the condensate pump. We were lucky enough to get Doug, who had actually installed it originally, to come out. He was on time, incredibly kind and had so much insight on the system. He took great care and the price was well worth the noticeable improvement. I'll be using Aelott for any future HVAC needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are surely one of the best, if not the best, HVAC service providers in San Diego Co. In my case, I've used their services for HVAC maintenance, corrective duct work, and most recently ... replacing 2 worn out A/C's; their bid for equipment and labor on 2 A/C's plus coils beat the comparable big name members-only warehouse store bid by 25% -- no exaggeration.

Uncommonly honest, always professional, knowledgeable, courteous hometown service. They don't give the impression of being the cheapest service in town, but they have ALWAYS been an absolute bargain.

They are prompt, communicative, explain issues and needs clearly, are neat and clean and support their AC and furnace units. I have utilized them for many years, for my own home, and my Mom's condo. Nothing but 5 stars for their whole crew.
