The overall experience was very good. The workers were always on time and courteous. This was a new AC and furnace installation so it took a few days to complete, but I am very satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend this company..

The first time their guy came out he fixed our system after several hours. When the system wasn’t working about 6 mos later they came out the second time (supposedly the owner), he went up to our unit, came down said it wasn’t working anymore and would need to be replaced. He never called or followed up. This was for a commercial unit.

Had Pacific Heating and Air Conditioning come out to give us a quote on installing a ductless mini split in our Casita. They were very prompt to arrive, called 45 mins before to confirm arrival. Fully explained what we needed and why. Very pleasant to speak to. Very aware of Covid-19 protocols and followed them. Great experience.

Can't say enough good things about Bryan who came twice and made sure we were taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Jared was honest, professional and personable. He plainly explained the options, the pluses and minuses of each and didnt try to lead me to the most expensive. The work was done efficiently. I will use Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning again.
