Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Pacific Heating and Air for a pre Summer checkup on my 18+ year old unit. I worked with their team on the pricing for my A/C and heating unit. From that point on I worked very closely with Adriana D to coordinate the install, and work through a couple hiccups along the way due to supply chain issues. Adriana was always 2 steps ahead keeping the project on course, and most importantly keeping me informed. After the install she followed up to ensure the install was complete and that it met my expectations. She was the conductor of the orchestra keeping the project on task. I am grateful to have had Adriana working with me through the project. Many thanks to her and the crew.

I called Pacific Heating and Air Conditioning. We at Ascension Lutheran Church support a school during the weekdays in our classrooms. Three of the A/Cs failed to provide cool air during a warm period. We were provided estimates for deep cleaning determined by visual inspections. The estimates provided were much lower than expected. This was in fact an incorrect estimate. Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning backed up their estimates! They didn't charge the extra amount that should have been charged us. The technician (Bryan) came out to the church on time and completed the work professionally. He simply said, "We stand by our word!" We will be looking to them as our choice of technical experts in the future. This company is what integrity is all about!

Nathan was the tech who came to help is with a safety check on the heater in the house we just bought he was on time followed all Covid precautions and was extremely professional and respectful of our time.
We knew the heater was old and Nathan's inspection gave us a great idea of what we needed to do next.
We will definitely contact Pacific Heating when we are read to upgrade the system and look forward to working with Nathan again.

I didn't get a chance to see a technician ...
I made an appointment online on a Monday morning for the same day in the afternoon (I wasn't expecting such a quick fix), was called to push it forward in the morning which I did and nobody showed up !
Had to call them back to be told they had an issue ...
Re-scheduled for the next Thursday and 15min prior to the appointment was called to hear that the technician would not be able to come !
Was proposed to re-re-scheduled for the next week ...
No thank you !
I don't want to waste any more my time

They were courteous, kept us updated, and provided complete answers to all of our inquiries. Every person we dealt with at the organization was polite and professional. Everyone should use them, in our opinion.

My HVAC system was sorely in need of a checkup. Nick came by and dusted off the cobwebs and cleaned up the unit on the roof. He is kind and patient and he was responsive to my many questions. He explained everything he was doing and the reason why it should be serviced on a routine basis every year. He showed me what was important in the maintenance process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs. My neighbor recommended this company to me and you won't be disappointed if you choose them to take care of your heating and air conditioning maintenance.

Wesley and Travis did a great job installing my new air conditioner thermostat. They sure know what they are doing. They did a great explaining how everything works. I grateful that my new air conditioner works perfectly.

I cannot say enough nice things about this family company. Nick the owner went out his way to help us out. He explained everything he was repairing, taught us how to maintain our machine and managed to repair it one an already long and hot work day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Fast, professional and knowledgeable! Nick came down day of, quickly traced the issue and got my unit working again, even with my Nest setup. The issue was quickly resolved and he charged me a reasonable rate for the work. After he left, he remained reachable. When I had an issue where I was only receiving hot air, I was able to send a picture and he offered advice that eventually fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend to others!
