Blake's Heating & Air Conditioning

Called because of an issue with our A/C. They were able to fit me in that day. Dale was our family's hero and was in and out with a new capacitor in less than an hour. Blake's is top notch for Davis!

A guy driving a Blake’s truck was too busy with his phone to notice me in the crosswalk downtown today, and almost ran me over. Single-occupant fossil-fuel truck with no cargo in the back, driving downtown where it’s faster and safer to walk or bike, and the driver is using his phone while he drives. Irresponsible at every level.

Beware that they charge a $95 fee which just is for the technician to arrive at your house. I had a tech at my house for 35 minutes according to their GPS tracking and they charged me $95 plus an additional $75 for 45 minutes of his time. I was told they only round up for their service charges, and that the $95 does not include any of their time. Sounds like overcharging to me.

I have been using Blake's for years to service my furnace and A/C. I have always had excellent service, with friendly and skilled service people.

Awesome service and very friendly. If we didn't already live in Davis we would move here so they could serve our HVAC needs.
