WOW! My air conditioner was out and I sent them a message the night before and they were here first thing in the AM. Universal AC & Heating Repair technician was so professional and got the job done in a timely manner and got things back working within an hour! I felt like their charges were transparent and reasonable and they didn't try to "add things on"..... SO happy and definitely will be using again! Can't recommend them enough!

Protected rugs and floors as they removed existing HVAC system and brought new equipment into the basement. Cleaned up and removed everything when done. Excellent job.
