This company replaced my water heater 20 years ago. I was so impressed at that time that I didn’t even look for any other contractor to replace it recently. They are very responsive and communicative. Loni showed up ahead of the scheduled appointment. He was incredibly helpful and nice. My wife and I had our water heater stop working around midnight one night so at 8am, I started calling companies to get it replaced. Joe’s Plumbing & Heating was the third company I called but they were by far the most professional over the phone and during the booking process. We made an appointment for that afternoon. However, we got a call about an hour later and a tech was already on his way as they switched the schedule around a bit! Doniel showed up and removed our old water heater and installed the new one, and we were good to go. He was also a really god guy. From start to finish it was a great experience and would definitely recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and would also use them again!

The plumbing service we usually use was not available for a kitchen sink clog so I read online reviews and called Plumbing Services. They were available to come out within a couple of hours and were efficient, friendly, and professional and let me know the cost up front I will definitely use them again if there’s a need!

Amazing response to my initial request for a replacement water heater, accommodated my schedule, dealt with an inside closet location adeptly, and the tech Loni was terrific. He was in and out of the house quickly, was COVID safe, and gave me some helpful tips on dealing with my house’s low water pressure. I will only use Joe’s Plumbing & Heating in the future.
