Eric was very professional from start to finish! He came out to diagnose some warm areas of our home and then gave us very detailed and fairly priced estimates. He kept us very well informed of each step of the process, sent notifications when he was on his way and arrived on time. He also did an amazing job of checking out the entire system, cleaned up thoroughly and explained in detail about the completed work along with suggestions on how to optimize our system to its full potential. We will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them.

Eric came out when he said he would. It was nice that I received a reminder that he was on his way. He performed a full diagnostic of my system and was able to answer all my questions. He took the time to walk me through the entire system and explained how it worked and where the problem was coming from. After his evaluation of what needed to be fixed he gave me options to choose from. There was never any pressure from him to replace or buy a new unit. Eric was very easy to work with and very professional in his knowledge of my AC system. I will continue to use Temp Pro to maintain my AC/Heating system.

This is a great company that does great work fast without charging an arm and a leg. Very pleased with Eric who was very friendly and professional. I was quite delighted that Eric came to our house "after hours" when our air conditioner was broke. We were suffering and he was able to help with our Carrier warranty repair. If it wasn't warranty I am certain he could have had it fixed immediately but knowing the process, we were happy again (and cool) in less than 24 hours from calling Temp Pro. They are very polite, professional, and quick to respond.

Eric is very pleasant and hard working. He goes out of his was to respect your house, always placing boot covers on when he enters and even not making a lot of noise when our baby was asleep. I would recommend Eric and Temp Pro without reservation.

Eric answered his phone, we created an appointment, he arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and he crawled up the latter to my roof all within a 2 hour time period. I was blown back by his promptness and professionalism. He was kind, and answered all of my random questions and got me back up and running in no time.
