Called them to check out our rooftop package AC/Heater because it was making a terrible puffing noise & not heating the house properly. Thought I'd have to replace this older unit but Juan checked it out, said the unit was in good shape & had some pretty good life left...just needed a new blower motor. Couple days later the part came in, he installed it & all she's been running great ever since. Thanks for addressing the couple hundred dollar issue instead of trying to sell me a several thousand dollar new unit!!!

Juan's All Around Heating and Air was referred to me by my realtor for providing great, affordable HVAC installations for many of his new new home buying clients in communities surrounding Chico. I bought a home in Magalia in December. He made sure I had a new functioning thermostat when i moved in at no charge so I wouldn't freeze . I just had him install a new A/C unit. It is so wonderful and extremely quiet. The installers were also very professional and knowledgable. Highly responsive. I highly recommend. Great service and at an affordable price. *****

Great service, good price, in fact so good they tried to give me the service for free until I reminded them I hadn't rec'd a bill many weeks later!

The worst service I have had from a "contractor". The owner of the company showed up to my house and said he would have a quote for me the next day... 3 weeks later I have still not heard back. I have called at least three times and was promiseda quote by the end of that business day. I have yet to receive a quote. I understand being busy but this was inexcusable. If you don't want to do a job tell the client that!

We just had Juan Farias and his crew come out to our home and install a new HVAC system including duct work and new registers, and a new thermostat and a new 40 gallon water heater. When they removed the old furnace, it left a huge hole in the ceiling of the closet where it was and Juan brought a piece of sheet rock and covered the hole! All of the guys were so professional and polite and cleaned everything so well. They provided top-notch service! I highly recommend Juan, and Jonathan, Jesse, Chris, Jeff and Mike. They were terrific! And their pricing is very reasonable! We appreciate all your hard work guys!

I asked them not to rest the ladder against my gutter, so as not to damage it; they blew me off. I asked if they could relocate the unit down the roof a bit, so it wasn't so visible, as long as it wasnt prohibitive, and overheard their internal conversation; including topics like 'that would be too hard', and 'we're not going to do that, its too expensive', and 'just move it up', so they wouldn't have to take a little extra time. They left their trash everywhere. They brought out a unit that was damaged, and said the part would be replaced in a couple days, but it took over four weeks... and its still doesn't look right to me.

The real important work seems to have been done well. And, I do recommend them, but DON'T pay them until they are COMPLETELY done.

Fantastic and punctual team starting from office staff all the way to the techs. What a GREAT experience!

Dead of summer, major heat wave, never used this company, called them on Friday that my a/c system not performing well (but not an emergency). Juan showed up next morning....fixed a/c. Rarely do I have great things to say about Butte County contractors but happy to give Juan 5 stars.
