Lucky Aire

Lucky Aire replaced my A/C unit that went down during a heat wave. Dennis was able to get my existing unit working until the new unit arrived. The installation was perfect and the price was fair. He is honest, kind, and very professional. Both Dennis and Krista went above and beyond!

Dennis is a freaking air conditioning genius and the hardest working man ive ever met....he was very good to me when I worked there...he pushed me to be the best I could be and taught me things I never thought I could do.....

I have completed 4 complete Ac system installations and multiple repairs with LuckyAire over the years and was able to recommend them for additional installations. Dennis is a true gentleman and unfortunately not as involved in the business any more. LuckyAire has gone from a customer friendly environment to one with erroneous billing and poor customer service. The young lady managing the office now refuses to get anyone of authority involved and will simply ignore requests for support of erroneous billing. She is aggressive and unfriendly and simply not honest. Unfortunately I believe she is a family member so probalby in it for the long haul.

I never had to look for an heating or Ac company as I was loyal to Dennis and LuckyAire. But unfortunately those days seem no more and I am having to look for another vendor.

I would recommend all customers look elsewhere as well as LuckyAire is no longer a safe or "lucky" choice. May be time for a name change.

I have called Lucky aire many times to service and maintain my A/C equipment. They always show up on time and do great work. Chris and Dennis are awesome!
