I’ve been using Deckers for years. They provided great service at several locations from Stockton to Turlock. Great price for exceptional work. Leah and Susan in the office are very friendly and great at what they do!

Buyer beware. These guys have no intentions of completing your patio by the agreed date. This is there regular practice during the summer. Promise a date then the receptionist strings you along past the due date with " it's an approximate date". It's been a week since the promised due date by the salesman and they don't call you back as promised. They won't even schedule a date and is a week past due! Imagine if there's a problem after the installation.

We are so happy with our Patio.The team that came over to put it up were very hard working and professional. I also got my air conditioning inspected and the Hvac tech Mr Levi was on time and did a great job with checking out and servicing my unit.Thanks you so much to the Decker Team...you all are awesome.

Horrible customer service over the phone had to cancel them.dont let anyone call to you in a disrespectful way.

Horrible horrible service.... very unprofessional the lady on the confirmed the apt than emailed me the details.... waited 4 hours for the service guy to show up..... never showed up!! Called up Decker brother construction again.... she denied i had apt ... I had to send her the previous email she sent me....

Great customer service. Technicians are great and know exactly what they are doing! Definately recommend them for all your patio cover, heating and air conditioning needs

John at decker brothers was absolutely professional and stuck to his word on our new patio. We absolutely had nothing short of a great experience. Highly recommend !

We put a order in months and months ago and we've been getting nothing but the runaround And they violated our contract even after we put a deposit down. I cannot recommend this company at this point in time

The laborers that came out to do the patio cover did an excellent job they get 5 stars! I am giving 3 stars because of communication problems with the office staff.

They are professional, do not leave a mess and put my awnings up super quickly! I’ve been told my backyard looks like a resort!
