Lewis could not have been more courteous or friendly. The value and speed was sensational. So pleased with this service, I won’t ever call any other plumbing company. Lewis was able to come even sooner than expected and I the communication was clear. I am super pleased.

This is an excellent business. They were assigned through a Home Warranty and were very prompt at scheduling an appointment. They even came early. Plumber Jesus explained everything he was doing, as I was curious. Fast,
efficient and very thorough.
He repaired two toilets, and a big clog in the main line. He triple checked everything to make sure all was properly working. Highly recommend!

Jesus showed up on time and was very professional. The job turned into a much bigger deal than we were first expecting but he didn’t leave until everything was working great and the house was clean. I appreciate the hard work and knowledge that he had. I will definitely use Castroville Plumbing in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

We live in King City and we used home owners insurance. We had some scheduling issues with people calling out sick but the company remained in constant contact throughout the entire process. It was a quick response time between service request and completion. Jesus came out to repair leaks we have and he did a phenomenal job. He is knowledgeable, professional and polite. We are very grateful Castroville Plumbing made the trip out to KC, would definitely recommend their services.

Castroville Plumbing is an outstanding business! They have completed many jobs in my Castroville home. Employees are very professional!! Very simple to set up an app with the family run business.

Horrible billing. $635 for a gas line cap that I redid myself after the fact. $6 DIY job. I only used them because the original bid was assigned by AHS warrantee. When they came back to do a slightly different job they capped off a wall heater gas line. There was no service agreement. No quote. Only a bill 2 weeks later for work that I ended up redoing. I called prior to writing the review to determine if it was an error and they confirmed, in fact, this is the accurate cost of the service.

Castroville Plumbing came out to assess a leaking pipe in my first floor ceiling, and then told me they would submit the required report to the home warranty for approval. It has now been over a month and they have not submitted a complete report. Needless to say my plumbing problem STILL hasn’t been fixed.

They are extremely hard to reach by phone. I’ve been told that they are “in a meeting” and I’ve left multiple messages with their contracted call center, and not once have I received a call back. When I was able to talk to Paul, he passed the blame on to Kevin, who allegedly handles this company’s home warranty requests. Last time I spoke to Kevin was over a week ago, and I’ve left multiple messages since. Kevin gave me a list of excuses as to why he has failed to complete the required report, but frankly, excuses will not fix my water leak.

We had a slow drain that just wouldn't budge. These guys were able to come same day, cleared it out quickly and tolerated our kids running around. They even made sure to let us know our attempts were valiant.
Would definitely call again
