They were attentive to the smallest of details and mapped out the optimal technique to facilitate more uniform cooling in our home. We're thrilled to have a more efficient method!

These guys have been amazing. We bought our property in 2019, and the previous owners had patched together the AC/heat system from various years and duck taped it all together. It was replaced in a day, with no hassle, no muss, and at a reasonable rate. They are quick to respond when I need them (once) and always perform the necessary maintenance checks. Today's techs were excellent, but every representative we've had has been outstanding!

I have zero complaints. But I have one constructive criticism. However, I would like to be clear…. I am a Very satisfied customer. The only thing I would’ve probably liked to see differently is that: I needed a recharge on my system, I would’ve liked the estimate for doing a leak test but there was no offer for estimate

We phoned at noon on Saturday and had someone come by 5 p.m. to inspect our air conditioner. Their employee was highly educated and helped us through the entire process. He took the time to discuss our alternatives and what would be best for us at the time. We had Goettl out to check at the unit previously, and they went away recommending a complete replacement with no possibility of repair. I am finishing my second year of a preventive maintenance contract with Coastal Comfort Air & Heating Repair and I couldn't be more pleased. We have three units, which they thoroughly checks out every six months. They are extremely good at reminding me when it's time which I appreciate. They have just completed their first follow up work, cleaning the condensing coils in all units, and replacing a capacitor in the biggest one. All was very professionally done.
