I have been using Coastal Refrigeration for 2 years now. In 2019, Seth installed a new A/C and furnace for me. On the evening of July 4th, of course a holiday, I noticed water leaking from under the unit when I had my a/c turned on. It had been leaking for a while but I didn’t notice it. I contacted Seth online via his website since it was a holiday. He called me the morning of the 5th to ask more details of the problem. He said he couldn’t come out until Wednesday the 7th, which was fine with me. However, to my surprise, he called me on the morning of the 6th to say he could come out that day instead if I wanted him to. He was here within the hour. The problem was a clogged drain line under the house that he was able to clear. Seth at Coastal Refrigeration gets 5 stars from me! I will definitely continue to use them and will recommend them highly to anyone needing heating or air conditioning repairs or service. Extremely responsive and beyond impressive customer service!

I texted Coastal and within 15 minutes they called me. I relayed my problem to them and they had an opening that morning. They came and fixed the problem. Air conditioner works again. We will definitely use Coastal again

My AC was not cooling the house quickly. I gave Coastal a call and they were very upfront with pricing and offered me a few solutions. Very pleased and the AC works well now.
