Exceptional. We received 4 bids to replace an ancient HVAC system, air ducts, and remove old/install new insulation. We went with Top AC due to their detailed inspection, great advice (with options), and the highly competitive pricing. Adi and Itai were with us every step of the way and were professional, informative and very nice to work with. Their crew were courteous and friendly and made the entire experience a pleasure. Called up Top AC and spoke with the owner Ethan. I️ briefly explained the problem with my heater, he sent out the technician Frank to my house in Sherman Oaks within 2 hours. As we walked over to the outside unit, he was able to diagnose the problem right away. Frank was very courteous and professional the entire time and obviously knew what he was doing. Charged me a fair and reasonable price. I️ also received an additional discount for maintaining both my heating and AC system for a year. I definitely recommend them!

Frank came out today and did an amazing job with our HVAC. He was on time and his work was very clean. He answered all my questions and took his time explaining how to use the new thermometer he replaced. Definitely contacting them for future HVAC maintenance and repairs when needed.

I run a business in Van Nuys and on many days the temperature exceeds 110 degs in summer and dips below 55 degs in winter. I had my heater fail on me last night and I called TOP AC upon recommendation from another business. This is how lucky one can get. They came over in 25 minutes and located the problem went to work immediately and now its very comfortable at this temperature. What was even more shocking was the price and the prompt service that I did not even expect.

I was 1 sec away from getting T-Boned by their careless driver at 6:30am. They ran the red light ( I HAVE VIDEO) and did not show ANY sign of slowing down or hitting their breaks!

Solid team with great employees who are willing to please the customer. The job was initially a furnace relocation to the attic, however once in the attic they stumbled on issues which has to be addressed. Insulation and reinforcing was done, plus new flex ducts all throughout, relocated unit into attic and installed return in hallway. A 4 day job done in 2.5 days with incredible great results. The team kept me up to date and inform me of what needed to be addressed/considered. Great communication and listening skills. Well done Ethan and the rest of the team.

I have been using this company for many years. They designed, installed and worked professionally on all my houses in Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Toluca Lake. I wouldn't trust my Air conditioning to any other company. They come on time, and complete their work on time and without any flaws. Highly recommended
