    I'd like to share our utter disappointment in our experience with So Cal Climate. They were the only one we called for an estimate being as we did have a decent experience with them the 1st time around. This time however was a complete nightmare. Reese proved to be highly incompetent and unprofessional. He verbally assured me the job would be done in 1 day which could have been had he properly provided the crew with the necessary materials and supplies. He didn't provide a proper diagram, lists, or engineering plan. The crew came in blind on day 1. His communication was awful. I asked for credit as we are more than unsatisfied and it was completely shot down. I spoke with Susie since Reese completely stopped answering my phone calls and text messages. She's very nice but she also assured me that I would not be compensated for my terrible experience although she was very apologetic. The apologies are nice and welcome however that is not stellar customer service. We have had many business dealings this summer and have never encountered such rigidness and lack of customer service. I reached out to Mike, the company owner multiple times with no response. I can't imagine that nobody at this company is willing to make things right with us.I understand I signed a contract but I trusted Reese when he said the job will be done in a timely manner. We basically suffered in the heat many days more than was necessary. The company got paid on full on time and still sent us a lien on our property notice without any clarification. On top of all this the crew was supposed to return a month ago to finish up repairs and absolutely nobody at the socal climate control is responding. I highly recommend you stay away from this company.

    David came to help me figure out how to use my thermostat. I was having trouble on how to get it to heat my home and he walked me through everything I needed to know and general guidelines on how to maintain my hvac system. I appreciated how he explained everything in a clear way since this is all new to me.

    I liked Chris, the technician who oversaw the install at my condo. Originally, it was supposed to be a one-day install, which turned into a three-day. From a business perspective and a customer view, it seems that it would have been more cost-effective to have all the parts in order, prior to arrival. It seemed that excess time was spent looking for materials in the local area, which stretched out the timeframe, and having the crew stay over in a local hotel. Chris did a good job of showing me everything, and his crew was courteous and helpful. So far, the system is working fine. I would recommend your company in the future to other interested folks in my condo complex.

    I was getting a few quotes to get an estimate on Insulation. They quoted me on two options for Batt Insulation. One option was 6k and the other was 10k.... The quotes show you what the services and products you are getting. I got 5 other quotes that were literally 2-3k range with the same exact services and products. I will preface that I don't mind paying more for a service if it's good quality.

    I respectfully let the representative know that I am going a different direction. Over the course of the past 3-4 weeks I have been getting blown up by 5-6 different representatives asking if I had received a quote, if I'm willing to negotiate, and sending new quotes even after I told them no. I keep telling them to stop contacting me. It seems like they use some offshore follow up service and no one is in alignment. Please take care of your customers and have a more organized way with following up with people. It seems their method is to Anchor a high price and play a spray and pray mentality to generate business. It may have gone well for others but simply just not my cup of tea. I like honest, genuine people with honest pricing. If you get a quote from them, make sure you get a second or third quote. I guarantee you that you'll get a better quote with better quality service. I'm 1000% happy I made that decision.

    I had the best service and advice from this company. I’m glad I signed up for a furnace check with Lowe’s and that they sent SoCal out to do the inspection. My furnace is nearly 40 years old and I now have peace of mind and a plan for some repairs.
