We just used NRG to assess a faulty installation from another company. Our technician, Adam, was very professional, helpful and did a thorough job finding all of the problem areas and explaining it all well.

Upon arrival Alex recognized the problem of loud noise coming from the unit. His tester listed several errors. As a last resort, he reset the system by removing its power and reengaging it. That fixed the problem when no other collaborative solution could be found. Greatly appreciate his help, determination, and eagerness in resolving my problem. Good guy!

There was an attempt of an installation by downsizing the new HVAC from 3 tons 60,000 BTU to 2 ton 40,000 BTU.
Once not accepted the the downsized offer, canceling the contract after signing the contract. However QC Dept.and General Manager tried to correct the mistake that was made. Still considering to use its services.

Eric did an amazing job today explaining to us all the specifics of our old and broken unit, offered different solutions on how and what to do in order to make our house warm again!
He is very knowledgable and friendly!

John Molina was Excellent. He came right on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and explained how to avoid the problem in the future. And he is a gentleman. I hope to have him service my heating system whenever it needs it.
