I usually don’t post reviews but I wanted to say something really nice about Jeremy Russell. He’s efficient, polite and very professional. I really appreciate the professionalism of this young person. He’s extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I hope he continues to do well, and he deserves a raise. Thank you, Sheila.

I have been working for this company for about 4 years now. They are professional, dependable, reliable, and efficient. They treat their customers like family and with over 30 years of experience, they are always there when you need them.
Working for NRG is such a blessing. When you hear companies say they are like a family, you make think they are lying, but in the case of this company, it truly is a family! I am a property owner and needed to have a new heating unit installed in one of my apartment units. Ms. Claudia B was the representative from NRG Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC that assisted me with my needs.

Ms. Claudia B. was patience, understanding and willing to help make the process of installing the correct heating unit as easy as possible, especially with a tenant that was very impatient.

The unit replacement was no longer available, so I had to upgrade the replacement unit. Ms. Claudia gave me two options that would work, so I choose the dual heater and air-conditioning unit that works perfectly. It is very quiet, energy efficient and adds elegance to the apartment.

I hired NRG to diagnose some ventilation issues in our office, an older building that we rent. Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they were also able to identify and address the leakage causes in the vents.
The evaluation was done by technician Jonathan Mitchelson, who demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire process.
He provided a comprehensive plan to remedy the situation in the building. We are reviewing the proposal that will reduce future issues cropping up.
We just need to get the owner's approval to proceed with the work outlined.

Adam and Jonathan were amazing! They were fast at diagnosing the problem and fixed everything in less than 15 mins. I really appreciated their professionalism and knowledge of HVAC systems.

When she checked my unit right way told me what is the problem and explained to me best way and price to to fix my problem.

Alex was knowledgeable ( I am an engineer), explained issues thoroughly, was Courteous and explained our options. We elected to install Air Wave in both our roof mounted system. Through this Alex was never pushy ( I hate sales pitch). They scheduled the repair quickly and we think their price is fair.

Follow up:
Alex came back and installed the air purifiers, sealed part of the original duct seal that was torn, and sealed the roof exhaust where rain would get into the house. He honestly went above and beyond what we had asked and we sincerely appreciate it.
