We called NRG for a second opinion after getting a suspiciously high quote from Lowe's. Very glad we did, because they confirmed that the guy from Lowe's straight-up lied to us about multiple things. Eric was super knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal on just what we needed and nothing more. So happy to have a reliable local HVAC business nearby.

He found the problem really quick, and he fixed it on the spot.
Also he gave me a real great price, and I purchased the maintenance plan too.

Jeremy from NRG Heating and Air Conditioning was a pleasure. He called 30 minutes in advance to announce his arrival. He performed a thorough inspection of our heat pump system, found a couple of problems, explained them in detail, and made the required repairs.
