We had service today from NRG Heating and Air Conditioning which was excellent. Brian J. was the technician and was very thorough checking entire system. He recommended some work that would help extend the life of our system, especially the compressor, and added surge protectors in case of major outages, and renewed our annual contract. Brian was very personable, took time to ensure we understood the changes he recommended, completed the work in a timely manner with no mess!

I recently had the pleasure of working with NRG Heating and Air Conditioning Services, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, the entire team was extremely professional and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

One person who stood out in particular was Claudia Brizuela. Claudia was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire project. She took the time to thoroughly assess our needs and presented us with the best choices that fit our personal requirements. Claudia went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure that we were satisfied with the project within our budget.

In addition to Claudia, I also had the pleasure of working with Felipe Barrera and his team. They did an excellent job implementing our units, working tirelessly to ensure that the system was installed properly. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and incredibly professional throughout the entire installation process.

Their team of professionals is top-notch, and they truly care about providing the best service possible to their clients. Eric my technician was extremely helpful. He explained all the options to me in detail listen to what my requirements were and overall gave me a very good feeling about the company. They were able to give me a quote right there on site and be able to set up an earliest convenience time. I also have to thank them for working the two discounts in there for me my military one and one other. Overall it totally excellent experience

The NRG staff, the Technician and installation guys were such professionals; I was very impressed how clean they were; the job was big, but it was amazing how fast they worked to get it done in one day; the installation went very smooth, their work was superb! I totally recommend them!!!

Brian Jimenez just came out to my house and I’m thrilled with the service I received. I needed help desperately with dust particles in my home. Brian thoroughly explained the process of checking all my ducts to ensure there wasn’t something wrong or just plain dirty. We just bought a new construction home so he was great with being honest that although there’s dust it could be that we benefit from the iwave. He was not like a salesperson like those people who just want to sell something. He explained how this air purifier will help with dust and organic particles that happen naturally throughout our home. Plus, we basically live in a dust bowl in Bakersfield. He was soooo helpful in getting me the best price! He went the extra mile by calling his boss to see if we could figure out a price that worked. Of course, I was so appreciative!! I scored! He’s funny, kind and really took the time to thoroughly walk me through the entire process. The iwave is now installed in my furnace and my house feels better already. Adam was on time and very professional. He took his time and answered my many questions. He did a very thorough job of testing the unit, cleaning, checking the attic and ducts. All that for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the Adam and I highly recommend this company.

Bryan was better than wonderful. He was precise in his findings and explained everything in detail to me. I would love to have him service my heat furnace in September.
