North Air

Vigen was so great! I have a store and he understood that even in the evening, after he had already gone home, that we couldn't live without air here. He came over and fixed us up. So grateful, and so reasonable in cost.

So of all things that could possibly go wrong, except for possibly a sewer clog, our HVAC system stopped functioning today. Two days before Christmas! The last folks that serviced us did a terrible job and the "vice president" of the company came out to help us. Charged us $129.00 for five minutes work clearing out cobwebs from the furnace burners!

Today I researched North Air because of a neighbors recommendation. Called them. They showed up on time and immediately assessed the problem and fixed it right away. They also advised us of other issues that may come up soon with our system but said it wasn't time to spend the extra money to fix them now.

Vigen, the person who came and corrected this issue for us on a busy holiday weekend was honest, direct to the point, and did not attempt to "upsell" us on anything! I will continue to call them for all of my HVAC needs!!

As an owner of multiple real estate properties, I regularly get multiple estimates on any project I need completed. When it came to the air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation needs of a recently purchased condominium complex, I again requested multiple estimates. North Air stood out from the rest because of their detailed proposal, friendly answering service, and technical knowledge of the technicians. We settled on using top notch units since the condominiums were upscale units that required quiet cooling that would last for years without issue.

Vigen Is a wonderful person and a great repair man he’s honest and quick and it was wonderful to deal with him after we had a very bad experience with another AC repair company you won’t go wrong with these people they’re honest and good

Just today I had the pleasure of making Vigan's acquaintance, as I called in asking for some help troubleshooting my A/C heating unit in my studio. He was super knowledgeable and very patient with me as we tried to figure out what could be the problem. Eventually we figured out that it was nothing more that user error and that I had set the unit to operate in the wrong mode. Ultimately, he spent a good amount of his time trying to help me, and when we figured out it was something so trivial, he laughed and had a wonderful sense of humor about it. I tried to insist that I pay him for his time and he just refused. Great guy.

Vigen is the man. Always available. Always on time and always very courteous. If you need someone who is reliable, who installs reliable equipment, give North Air a call.

We just had Vigen and his crew install a split system. They were timely, hardworking, clean and thorough. Impressive work.
