I called Journey Builders to come and insect my roof because I was having some major leaks. A very nice gentleman named Erik came and inspected my roof and gave me a thorough breakdown of what needed to be done. The job was completed in the time frame that I was given initially and everything went smooth as promised. I couldn't be more happier with how professional and reliable these guys were. Finally a roofing company that delivers exactly what they promise. I highly recommend Journey Builders for your next roofing project, I didn’t have to look over there work or ask them to do anything. I work all day and wasnt home most of the time and the project manager sent me updates everyday and let me know what the following days work was going to be.

Had a small leak, that was repaired quickly. I was impressed by the quick and professional work done. Then I received an amazing quote on the while roof. Got the whole thing done in under a week. Amazing work!!!

Mold remediation. The guys here are exemplary! The professionalism is exemplary. Especially Mark, an upstanding individual. The only thing of concern is two specific workers who were sent to demolish the affected areas and not using masks, respirators, no safety plastic on house floors, no bagged mold infested debris, simply traipsing through the house with caked on moldy drywall and debris through the house. Disregarded my request to close the door every time they entered and left. Resulting in my elderly mother, dialysis patient sister, cancer survivor wife and daughter suffering extensive upper respiratory infection. Apart from these two workers, this company and Mark individually were awesome!! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend these guys! They really helped me out getting started on my home repairs so I can move me and my two children out of California.

I had a long-standing, years-long leak in my master bedroom which no one could figure out and so I couldn't move forward to repair my water-damaged ceiling until I figured out if it was the rain gutter or my roof or what. That's when I had Mark with Journey Roofing come over to take a look and since it looked to him that it was def a roof problem, he immediately gave me a really phenomenal price to start a contract (plus he was adorable, I just really loved Mark!)

So almost immediately their crew came over & got up on my roof, did a couple things and figured out that a long time ago somebody had not put plywood down on only one part of the roof over my bedroom so therefore the rain could leak in. After I thought for a bit about the history of this leak, that made a lot of sense to me and I was sure this was the problem all along & therefore arrangements were quickly made to rectify this problem.

They were also extremely professional and constantly kept me informed every single day (sometimes twice a day) about what was going on and when they were coming over next, etc., even providing photos of the work being done.

They got everything done really fast too and now only a few days later I'm sitting here with an absolutely watertight roof over my head that is backed up with a written guarantee, which I can pass on to the buyer of my house when I sell!
Ntm I am just so relieved that I can now repair my ceiling w/o worry of any possible future leaks! And all at an unbelievable price!

Also I would be remiss not to mention how these guys were so unbelievably considerate of me, my feelings and my family's current situation and so I just have to say how very grateful I am for that!

I just can't recommend them enough!
