summit air heating and electrical services

Michael MCCarter working for owner Romeo Tariman under the name of Summit HVAC and, both working under business license for Royal Air Heating and Electrical and Building Services installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home over a year and a half ago. It never worked properly and I had to call Mike out MANY times to check why it was not heating or cooling properly. It would run constantly and never get to set temperature or would turn off before temperature was reached. After going through this for 18 months I called out 2 different HVAC companies to give me their opinions. Both found that the furnace was not installed properly, safety features were bypassed and both furnace and air conditioning units were not hooked up properly. Mike was verbally abusive to myself, my daughter and my son in law. I then interview 2 different companies to install a new system and they too gave me the same information on the shoddy work done. I have found a company that installed a new system and it works perfectly! I would never recommend Mike MCCarter, Romero Tariman or any company they are connected to.

The crew and Owner Romeo are more than just reliable, they do excellent work willing to work with the owner(homeowner) and integrate their idea to accomplish the job.
This company is charges reasonable for the job they perform.
