Really efficient and cost-effective repairs! The technician is unbelievably professional, competent and expert. He explained stuff to me about the furnaces repair we requested from them and took the time to check it to make sure that the problem had been solved, and he also provided me recommendations for future use of my furnacea, which I appreciated. I need a repair for my air conditioner that is not cooling, so I called this company immediately today. They responded quickly and sent their technician immediately. He was very pleasant and courteous throughout the whole repair. He even explained to me how it works and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call them the next time I have an issue. Negative to zero stars if at all possible. This is a very very poorly run business. They promised next day repair for a very urgent issue (called in the morning to make the appointment). They never called back after giving them all essential information. Not only did they cancel the appointment, they delayed the appointment by 2 DAYS. Which doesn’t sound like much but when the customer who needs it is terminally ill. With cancer he is is HORRIBLY uncomfortable due to the urgent repair and has only weeks to live. You think they would try their best given this information (I specifically said that it is for a cancer patient)? Incredibly disappointed to a degree of amazement.

They really went the extra mile to get my unit working properly. They stayed after hours and worked extra hard to get it working the same day just for me. You guys are awesome.
