During a scheduled air conditioning service to prepare for summer our technician discovered a hazardous breaker that had overheated in the past and was able to rectify the situation, routine maintenance is always better than a problem later in the middle of summer.

They have always been there for us when we've needed service or repairs. Had A\C problems on two different occasions and they were out the same day to get the problem fixed.

These guys charged me 400 bucks to tell me my system was broken. News Flash; I called them out because my system was broken. Thanks for nothing Benchmark. Just bad business.

Announced when they were coming. Serviced unit in timely manner. Polite, friendly. Gave recommendations and tips. Very happy with experience.

Benchmark is the only HVAC company I will use in Bakersfield. By far the best.
