Best heating and air conditioning company in town. my appointment with the owner Mike Who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made my appointment for early morning next day which was very convenient for my work schedule. Technician was on time and very friendly. Even received an email with the technicians photo on it that was coming to my home. Highly recommend this service for anyone in need

I’m new to the area and new to air conditioning in general. Gabriel did an awesome job taking care of the system. He explained things to me and answered questions I had. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the appointment we even had something come up with my smart thermostat. He didn’t leave until we got it figured out and everything was working. I highly recommend these guys!

Always on time for their service call, we've relied on Benchmark for air and heating service for 5 years now. Last year they conducted an extensive air flow test and as a result, redirected air ducting. As a result, we experienced a much more comfortable summer as well as a reduction in energy bills. Aaron is knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. We have recommended this company many times in our community.

Forgot to give my review for the service last summer, just found the card with darrell's name on it. Well the service was fantastic. They installed a second vent for my central air. Just like they said my air is working great and my bill is even lower each month. they were also way cheaper then they other company that came out. Thanks!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Fast and effective

Initial diagnosis determined it was the thermostat. Agreed to pay $440 because I was under the impression it would fix problem. A/C not working problem not solved. Overpaid for thermostat. Found same thermostat online $79.

Our A?C quit blowing cold air, we didn't really notice it until late afternoon. So I called Benchmark Air Conditioning expecting them to set an appointment for the next day. They were very busy but told they get to us that afternoon because they didn't want us in a hot house all night. Gabriel showed up 20 minuets later had it fixed within a half hour. Awesome!!

Gabriel was very thorough and polite. He explained what he was doing and his findings. He did not try to add components I did not need. This is much appreciated, as we have a single income family. I highly recommend Benchmark for your a/c service company.
