Update to review. Compared last March PG&E bill, $185.37 with this year's March bill of $313.99. Did not expect Bill to be HIGHER when switching from gas furnace to heat pump. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

New system has now been installed & even though there was a small hiccup, the process was painless. The employees were straightforward about it and took care of it immediately. Fantastic customer service from the whole team.

We have dealt with Kyle numerous times. He is always very pleasant and professional. We had a water heater installed. Of course, unexpected glitches sometimes occur, and they did during this installation. He handled everything expertly. As far as ARMS is concerned, Kyle is my “go to”.

Very professional. He did a heater tune-up/multi-point inspection. What I like the most was that he gave me a breakdown of what could be, or is needing to be replaced without pressuring me or scaring me into getting it done ASAP. -I felt like he was honest. When the time comes to do repairs, I will use this company.
