NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

Nexgen answered in person on a Sunday and promptly gave me a 1 hour window appt. Johnny called me when he was in route to my house and came precisely on time. He was polite and professional and explained how my furnace worked. He was very honest about needed future repairs and did not leave without rechecking to make sure problem was resolved. Will call on Nexgen from now on!

Haven't made a decision yet, but this was one of the best. Professional & knowledgeable and clearly explained any questions I had on HVAC. Listened to my requirements & concerns. Others didn't ask what I wanted just quoted what they wanted to sell.

My shower drain wouldn’t allow water to enter it. I had no idea that I needed a sewage pump. Chris Shields and his associate figured out the problem and got to work. They worked together to take care of my situation. Super nice guys.

Roger Cuadra was the technician, and he was thorough, professional and knowledgeable about my system. He resolved the problem in less than an hour. I recommend using NexGen and requesting Roger if he’s available.

My heater died and needed to be replaced. they set me up with a temporary fix so I wouldn't freeze to death. Then they came and installed a new heater. I had lot s of obstacles from the previous company that installer my old heater. Nexgen was able to take care of all those and explain everything before. I would highly recommend!!

Navian tankless water heater installed!! Chris De Shield and Mike De Grote have done an excellent job. Explained everything, very polite and respectful!! Can’t wait to use it.
