Art and Ryan came out and inspected the HVAC system in our new home. They gave us the information and recommendations we needed to decide in system replacement. After understanding the technical issues, they assisted us through the process of purchasing a new system. NEXGEN acknowledged us as a Veteran family and added a discount to our purchase. We are waiting installation and we will follow up with a review on the process. These guys move quick, they removed the old system the same day.

Recently bought a new home and encountered some issues with our waterlines. We reached out for help and were ecstatic about the quick response time. Connor and Manny diagnosed the problem quickly and were thorough with what the solution would entail. As new homeowners, we had so many questions and they both were able to answer them open and honestly. We will definitely use their services if and when more plumbing issues may occur. My house needs a lot of repairs and I will definitely hire these guys within the next couple of months to join me in the journey to improve it.

Our AC went out a few days ago. We called Nexgen to see how fast they could come and it was the next day. Other companies told us there was a 3 day wait! Justin, the technician, was diligent and courteous in how he how dealt with our failing AC. After a thorough check that was done with very specialized tools, he told us the various options we had to tackle the AC problem. We will decide to contract this company as they showed utmost professionalism and patience in trying to help us out. They might not be too affordable but they give more guarantees that other companies will not.

The last few weeks I have had an issue with my shower drain. I contacted NexGen (first time customer) and they were at my home in no more than 20 minutes! Aaron is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful person with a very friendly personality. Most importantly, he was very efficient in solving the issue with the drain! I highly recommend NexGen to anyone in need of their listed services.

Connor and Manny were my technicians and were extremely helpful! They were able to isolate a solution to my problem and were extremely professional and easy going. Nothing but laughter and smiles which was extremely welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be using them for any future needs!

Eddie, Josue,and Louis came to assist me with a call I had regarding a tune up special and was very impressed with their thoroughness and no-hassle explanation of everything. I used to work for an HVAC manufacturer and everything they said was honest and transparent and really had a goal of informing the customer so that one can make the best decision suited for them.

Although I wasn't able to make a complete decision today,the team was super welcoming and wanted to make sure I knew what every option entailed. Decades of experience with a customer-centric team really shows with this company and when they said they have 5+ installs a day every day of the week, I'm not surprised and dont doubt this understatement. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know

My AC still running excellent since this company been in my life.. So I've came back to share because this company cares about their customers even when you do not have a membership with them . I went on and signed up for NexGen low monthly rate membership with great benefits! I actually slept well knowing that I'm protected😊 Keep up the good work from the Owner to his technician and customer service department it shows across the board Great Service. Thanks for keeping my family and I warm this winter😊...lol

The technician(Michael) arrived on time and explained the work that he was going to perform. He put down a drop-cloth to protect the floor took pictures and showed me parts that he did maintenance or inspected. At the end he informed me that the unit was working fine but it’s very old. I was very satisfied with the job, fee and he didn’t try to sell me anything else.
