Best service in town! Dennis and johnny did a whole new hvac install on our home. They were fast, clean, and always had a smile on there face even while dealing with the heat. The professionalism was beyond outstanding even while our curious 2 year old wanted to be in their way. The install only took 3 days and as soon as the system turns on you can instantly feel a difference. Thank you integrity, Dennis and Johnny your the real MVP!

So many issues with Integrity. Brand new system installed last year.

1. Put the AC unit right outside the main bedroom after I asked for it to be on the other side of the house. Installer stated “these things are so quiet you won’t hear it”. Sounds like a Jet Engine starting up. Wakes me up in the middle of the night.

2. Installed ceiling vents all wonky. Didn’t center them in rooms. Just tossed in. Left black marks all over recently painted ceiling.

3. *BIGGEST ISSUE* After the system was installed, immediately ran into power issues. Lights flickering, surges...etc. Technician stated it was his apprentices fault and he fixed it. He leaves and issues start up again. Call again! Get told that the technicians “aren’t electricians” and don’t know how to fix it. Come to find out, they put too many amps on the breaker and overloaded it. $2200 fix to an electrician on top of the already overpriced install.

The kicker is, we asked beforehand if the breaker was good enough for the unit and were responded with a resounded “yes”. Anything for a sale.

Look elsewhere.

Integrity's employee Drew is a tenacious, patient and competent repair person. He kept coming back to work on our stand-by generator consulting with the manufacturer until the generator was up and going. We had out first outage and the generator ran great.

Integrity installed a ductless mini split system for me in August of 2019. I am happy with the system itself. I live along Antelope creek and the water does come into the yard every couple of years so I asked that the unit be elevated more than a standard install so that water would not damage the unit. The estimator agreed and I was quoted a CONCRETE PAD for the unit to sit on. What I got instead was an unsightly box built out of pressure treated wood and plywood set in the dirt. I'm no genius but I know that even pressure treated wood will eventually rot in the dirt. I guess it was cheaper than concrete. When I called to get the problem corrected what I got from Integrity Solar was the runaround. It took days for someone to call me back. Then I was told that the building inspector told them to build a wooden box rather than use concrete (?) I was told that there are "reasons" why they have to do certain things. I told the job Supervisor that I was concerned that the wood, albeit pressure treat, would not last and that I would be responsible down the road for a costly do-over. He basically treated me like I was stupid. He said that the pressure treat is made for ground contact and that it might last 25 years. And this is how every conversation I had with him went( it should be noted that I went months without hearing from him..) until I finally asked to speak to the owner(s), which never happened. The owner(s) apparently didn't see a need to speak with an unhappy customer so they had the original estimator call me instead. Fast forward to February 2020. I still have a wooden box that is warping and cracking. Integrity found a large composite pad and sent installers out to place it under the box so at least the box isn't sitting in the dirt. The installers who came out were shocked when they saw the box and wanted to fix it correctly, but when they called their boss they were told to put the pad down, take a photo and leave. They did put some extra screws into the box to try and keep it from warping any further. I was always taught that when you make a mistake you own it and then you make it right. Seems pretty basic. When you look up the word Integrity in the dictionary it says " The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles." Maybe Integrity Solar should try living up to its name.

$90 for a squirt of WD40 and to be told I need a new AC motor. No kidding, that's why I called for the repair. Then they don't have the right motor and won't have it for 5 days? I found the motor and capacitor locally and repaired myself SAME DAY.

Integrity installed a fabulous HVAC system and solar for us. They were professional, kind and responsive. We highly recommend them. They are good for their word. Our systems are working great.

Please, read: Not knowing Integrity, I was scared by the reviews I read online, but I am glad I chose Integrity.

Integrity installed a Lennox HVAC in my Chico home. From the very get-go, I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. The salesman, Michael, who came out to assess the property took the time to answer the never-ending multitude of questions I had about different options regarding HVAC, solar, and whole house fans. Even on the frosty and wet January morning, he kept answering "just one more question."

Mona, with finances, went above and beyond to find out what options worked best for us, as well as helped navigate a variety of details within our transaction. She was understanding and very accommodating as I tried to balance the HVAC install with house repairs and contractor work. All the way to the end, she did everything she could to make the process as easy as possible.

Finally, the install. Here, I experienced the only real speed bump in working with Integrity, yet even that was smoothed over and addressed professionally, effectively, and in a customer-satisfaction oriented manner. The workers were efficient and mindful of placing vents within the home. However, a miscommunication took place and the large A/C unit was installed in an area of our property that wasn't discussed or agreed upon. My wife and I were disappointed that it was put in an active living space, even though the workers' reasoning for putting it there made sense.

That said, the project supervisor, Mike, went above and beyond to address the "error," offering to move it or otherwise remedy the situation. In the end, we decided to shift it slightly for a more favorable spot, and the technician who came out, Drew, was professional, cordial, and personable. He worked efficiently and made sure the job was done exactly as requested.

Overall, I valued my experience with Integrity. From start to finish, they took care of their customer. I am pleased with our unit (a 20 SEER Lennox Split System) -- it is SUPER QUIET and EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE/EFFICIENT. The pricing was ultra competitive and the work was done right. Be clear and communicative with what you want and they help make it happen!

Thank you, Integrity!

A unit they installed in a home that I purchased leaked into the ceiling and when they failed to fix it I was told the warranty on the unit wasnt valid because I wasnt the original purchaser even though the unit was only 2 years old.

They installed my whole house generator and did a great job, now I can’t wait for the power to go out, just kidding.
