Star Air Kontrol

They say they are the biggest in mini splits how can that be. They do not come close to any of the major distributors around there area. They also do not have the lowest prices. I checked and they do not come close.

Thought midea was a reliable strong chinese brand, but unit turned out to be a crapper in less than 2 months. Star air offered 50% refund, and midea had a problem with the hand written sales order. Disappointing experience from portable ac, star air and Midea. Buy from any other place.
