Let me tell you I’ve needed this company twice in two weeks on emergency calls both on a Sunday Laila is amazing and her staff is very friendly. I would 100% recommend this company.

Pro Star provided our retirement community in Lake Forest with excellent equipment and service. We replaced two very large boilers and eight large heat pumps. Laila and Daniel are easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

ProStar succeeded the incumbent vendor at our homeowners’ association and from the beginning, we were impressed by their comprehensive understanding of boiler systems. A very thorough analysis of our existing equipment was prepared and presented along with recommendations, some of them requiring immediate action to prevent more costly repairs and/or damages. ProStar really watches out for their customers!

What we particularly enjoy is the involvement and support by owner and CEO of the company who makes herself available to the board at any time.
ProStar’s ability to respond to emergencies is second to none. At one particular time, they drove up a replacement part from San Diego to Orange County in the middle of the night just so that residents regain access to hot water.

Their technicians, all of whom have been with the company for a very long time are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Pricing is fair and reasonable and absolutely worth the high quality of service received.
