Our experience with Albert Air was top-notch from start to finish--including the presentation, the proposal, the work of replacing the furnace/air conditioning system, and the clean-up. Nick and his team (Aurelio and Martin) were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and conscientious. It was refreshing dealing with a contractor who operates with integrity and pride in their work!

I originally rated Albert Air with one star but am changing my rating for the following reason. It seems the link between Carrier and the reference website is not working like it should. I received a call after placing my review explaining the current problems with the link and a apology for them not calling me. I felt that a four star rating is fair as I no longer need their service and have another contractor coming out.
My recommendation; call the telephone number listed rather than filling in the appointment windows. All of this would have been averted had I done so.

Martin, Aurelio, and Nick were professional, thorough, and terrific to work with. They showed up on time, were kind and pleasant to have on the job, cleaned up at the end of each day's work, and found solutions to issues in creative ways that resulted in a better finished product than we had requested. We're thoroughly satisfied with Albert Air's work and service!

Albert Air just came out and repair my air conditioning unit. Technician was right on time, and immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed run capacitor which was still under warranty. 30 minutes later that air was working and we were happy. They installed this unit 7 years ago and have serviced it since, and we are extremely happy with the service they have provided.

Albert Air was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Not only are they professional and responsive, but they exceeded rather high expectations with the quality of their work. They were also the most affordable option of the bids I received. I would recommend them to others without any hesitation.

This crew is top notch. Nick itemized every detail, expense and installation details. No hidden costs, no add ons, straight up. The work crew were exceptional. Clean, on time, and performed their work in the most professional manner. And they left the site clean, after making sure I was schooled on how to operate the equipment. This company is first class, you will not be disappointed if you hire them.

In December 2019, my decades old HVAC system was replaced by Albert Air, Inc. The company’s CEO, Nick Albert, certified NATE specialist John, and installers Martin and Francisco exhibited high caliber HVAC knowledge and superior professional services. Nick was informative and helpful during our Carrier product discussions and always accessible. John expertly tackled and successfully resolved technical problems. Martin and Francisco dismantled and removed my old heavy, filthy equipment and hauled in and installed the new. Martin innovatively modified the furnace cabinet while John’s AC installation eliminated any trace of the previous equipment. Nick pulled the city permits, scheduled asbestos removal, HERS testing and executed the Rebate documents. Under his orchestration, this team arrived on time and worked non-stop from early morning to late afternoon. They protected my home with drop cloths, constantly cleaned-up as they worked and left my property clean and debris-free. This cohesive team aggressively addressed and resolved HVAC abnormalities. Nick, John, Martin and Francisco are respectful and just super nice guys!

I requested help repairing my carrier heating and air conditioning unit from a local business. After two visits to my house I was told they could not find the cause of the intermittent failures of my unit. However, the repairman suggested I contact a carrier dealer for further assistance. I was lucky enough to run across Albert Air, Inc. on the internet and gave them a call. They sent out a gentleman named John to look at my equipment. Within an hour John and figured out what my problem was and had installed the part I required. John was unbelievably helpful in explaining the problem and what the unit needed. Additionally, he made several suggestions which will help me use and maintain the system for maximum performance. This company and it's personnel know how to treat customers and build long lasting relationships. Thanks Albert Air Inc. and your wonderful employee John.

I was given a 4-hour window that the service tech would be arriving. I received a phone call letting me know he would be arriving in 20 minutes. This helped to plan work in the office to be available when he arrived. John was courteous and thoroughly checked our main furnace for repair.

I was having problems with my furnace & called a few companies in the area. I am very happy that I went with Albert Air. The tech (John) was extremely helpful and very honest. He explained everything in detail and let me know that I would probably be needing to replace the furnace in the future but was able to do some repairs at a minimal cost and save me a few more years on the furnace. I know I will be calling them back when it finally does give out and I need to replace the furnace.
