Covac Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioning

We use Covac mini-split systems here in Syracuse, New York, because they are the best ones out there. They are quiet (they don't kick on and off like a typical mini-split) and both heat and cool. The display can be hidden so you see no LEDs when sleeping.

Also, in the winter they provide heat much more cheaply than our electric resistance heaters.

I bought a 12000 BTU unit and then later bought a 24000 BTU unit. The fins can be set to slowly blow up and down and allows a single 24000 BTU unit to cool our living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Boris and fam are the best. They've installed over 6 mini splits for my properties in the span of 6 years and I haven't had any issues with them

I originally discovered Innova on Amazon where there are many fantastic reviews. When I discovered Boris was local, I felt safe in dealing with him directly. I was not disappointed! Boris has bright eyes - a confident man who loves what he does. He not only answered or immediately returned my calls, he also managed the maintenance himself. I should explain.... when I first hired Innova I had planned to have them install. However; when Boris realized I wanted the units place on the roof and the supply lines hidden in the walls... well, lets just say, I was not ready for their installation. Had I had the walls open and a platform on the roof, that might have been possible, but I would still check with him first before scheduling an install. BTW if you are prepared for their install, (including dedicated breaker/power supply) their installation is very reasonable! Boris gasses up the lines. The gas for the units is pricey. That's included in his fee.
I ended up having to hire a few people to do our install. After each unit was powered up and placed where and how I wanted them; I invited Boris back to test/pressurize (?) the units.

Boris helped me in this entire process. I needed an installer to install 2 mini split systems in my home and workshop after a contractor I hired ditched me on the job. I had all the equipment. Boris and his team installed both of them in a matter of hours, wasted no time and got right to work as soon as they arrived. Many other companies only wanted to install this project if I bought the equipment from them and i'm glad they were able to get everything installed. The install looks very clean, the units are pumping cool air into my house and i'm a happy customer!

Highly recommend Boris at Innova. Great price for the units and service, the prices are clearly listed on the website and no b.s. They installed two units in a few hours, took away my old unit, patched the wall, and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. He was fast to respond and quick to make an appointment. So easy and fast! I'm so happy with my a/c units.

I spoke with two other companies who kept giving me overpriced quotes and another who would not even give me a price range or estimate without me paying their estimator fee. Don't even bother calling the other companies in LA and going around in circles. If you need a mini split, Boris is your guy. I wish I had just called him from the beginning so I didn't have to suffer through the heat wave.

Last summer Boris installed a 36,000 btu AC unit at my business. It's working great! Great customer service and quick installation. He answered all my questions before the installation. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

under an hour for 2 indoor ac units and the 2 outside generators, great cleanup when done, will use again.
