I requested a service call on my lunch break and they were at our house by the end of the day. He worked very carefully and paid attention to details. We had one part replaced on our A/C unit. He told us if we had any problems within the next 30 days to give him a call back and he would come back and check it again for us. I am very satisfied with this service and would definitely use him again. 🙂
Austin was super nice! We have a 20 year old system and he was fast, efficient, and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need! He was honest and friendly. A real down to earth and hard worker!

Warranty company initially sent 3 companies, none of which knew how to work on our HVAC. The technician with the 4th company, Chris with Sub Zero, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Stayed until he knew it was working. Made sure I understood what the issues were and what he was doing to fix them.
Austin is a very hard worker and cares for his customers. Identified the problem immediately upon arrival. Had the part on hand, removed and installed in less than ten minutes. Had my house cooling to beat the unbearable heat. I can't say thank you enough. Call this company first for any of your HVAC needs.
