As always, on time and professional. Talked about buying filters thru Sub Zero. Have and will continue to recommend to anyone who needs a H/A company.

Austin was awesome! Took all of 10sec to find something someone else didn't do correctly. Made sure everything was correct and stayed to make sure the system was cooling. Took the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied! 200% would recommend this company for anyone of my friends to use!!!

Hands down the best HVAC team I've ever dealt with! Not only did they explain my options, but were very quick and on-time with our new system installation. Additionally, they assisted us with calibrating my new smart thermostat and helped me get everything connected to wifi. Stop searching for HVAC companies... call these guys.

We used Sub-Zero as the company chosen from our Home Warranty company. We knew nothing about them, but cannot say enough good things about Austin. He was timely, thorough and knowledgeable. He not only inspected what was wrong, he inspected the entire system to educate and inform us what options we would have at what levels of expense. He cited instances of savings that could be made beyond just the original fix and avoid future issues. He definitely wasn’t selling us, just informing. He has even followed up very quickly to make sure we understood our options and provided contact informations outside of the automated systems we all despise using.

Austin provided the best service we have ever received! He was professional, thorough and punctual. He answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and was out the very next day to replace our AC and Furnace. I will only use Sub Zero for any HVAC needs from now on.

Sub Zero is the Best!!! They installed a TRANE 18 SEER Air Conditioning and Heating System in my home and at a fair price! They did a great job & cleaned up after themselves!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services or a new system like me!!! Very professional!!!

After two other companies quit without properly repairing my AC, I was referred by a friend to Sub-Zero. They went above and beyond to get my air conditioning working. My units are old and not easy to work on. Austin and team worked well after my allotted time slot to ensure I could be cool in the august Arkansas heat. Due to the age of my units, they will inevitably have to be replaced soon. Sub Zero is the one and only company I will call to purchase and install the new units.

Sub Zero company is always on time and great service with very reasonable prices.

They got called from American home shield.. his repair lasted not even two weeks. Then he said he would not stand by his work.
Claimed that American home shield sent him to much work.
And that somehow had to do with his work.
Terrible, I told him that there was elderly people in the home and they couldn't stay in that house.
He then told me he'd return my money which never happened.
I ended up calling a different heat and Air guy out.
The system had a leak instead of fixing it Sun Zero just charged the system knowing it wasn't a proper repair job.
Do not use Sub Zero heat and Air.
I dont believe for one minute that those reviews are real. 5/5 what lies.
This review is very real..
And another thing is that he wouldn't return my calls.
Anyone that has to use a answering service does so because there are shady.
