Superior service, great communication. I can't say enough positive things. Did their best to get me up and running in a complicated supply chain world that we live in right now. I would recommend them to the closest family member, if that gives anyone any assurances.

Our AC went out June 23rd and they were able to come out the same day and fix it! I didn’t catch the name of the man that helped us but he was very helpful and kind. 5 stars for this company! Excellent customer service!

Austin and Chris were wonderful!! Came quickly, had to order part but it came quickly as well. Installed in just a few minutes, air working great!! Austin was great over the phone and Chris was great in person, thank you both!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!

We are very unsatisfied with this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND them. We are in our 70's and can't take the heat. Our unit has a leak and was freezing up. Service guy put a small amount of freon and said it had a leak (which we knew already and needed it fixed). He said he found loose fitting and tighened, but if that didn"t fix it he would come back out and search for leak. 2 weeks to the day unit began to totally freeze up again because of NO FREON, but instead of honoring this companies work they refuse to come back and complete the work they were hired and paid to do. We are not grouchy complaining people. We are an older couple with health issues.

Sub Zero was responsive, on time, and professional. They ensured that I understood and knew what was happening at each juncture of my repair. Estimates for repairs weren't far from actual price when completed.

My AC went out and needed someone fast. I called Subzero and Austin responded within the hour. He was very personable and professional. I’ve had experience with some of the other HVAC companies in Cabot and was not impressed. If you need good quality work i wouldn’t hesitate to use this company.

They were so responsive and flexible with my busy work schedule. The technician took the time to work with as my home warranty to ensure that my HVAC got repaired, thanks a million! They came in to do the job In no time and I was ver satisfied in my entire interaction with them!
