I called in the morning and by then of the day I had someone at our house and issues fixed before the sun went down. Friendly, safe, quick and stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process.

Came home to a hot house around 3:30 pm. Called for service around 4, and technicians arrived at 5. They replaced a part, very professional and courteous. Great service!

They were great! Fixed my problem within minutes. The repair main was very knowledge and Courteous. I will never use anyone else.

No one ever looks forward to hearing they need to completely redo their heating and air system. However, I’m glad this is experience for us was with Bill Lea Service. They were great to work with.... Ivan their technician came out at the time he said he would be there... he was extremely thorough with his work and took the time to completely explain to me everything that was going on. After Ivan determined our air was on its last leg John Lea came out within 30 minutes to look at what was going on and give us complete pricing on everything we need. They were then out the next day to install our brand new system and WiFi thermostat. Would definitely recommend them to everyone that has HVAC needs.
