Called for leak detection because of the good reviews. They gave me a reasonable price and time frame for the service so I booked the appointment. The technician was able to arrive before the scheduled time Frame and got to work. He told me there were multiple leaks and we likely needed a whole new line from the street to the house. The quote was for $3500. The line and the leak were not where the technician had indicated and our leak was fixed with a minor repair.
To update, Cody, the Manger reached out to me upon seeing my review to make things right. I appreciate that.

My water pipes froze and busted Christmas Eve day. Called Sander plumbing and they sent Justin holt Christmas Day to do a repair to get us water until they could get back out to repair all broken pipes. He did a complete job to replace old pipes with newer pipes that won’t bust as easily. He added heating tape also to help prevent this from happening again. He did a very good and professional job.

Went outside to see our water heater leaking this morning. Called around to several businesses and Sanders had the best response time and quote. The technician was Justin and he told us it would take about an hour to get to us and it actually took less time. He had everything done in about an hour and it all looks cleaned up and nice. I would do business with them anytime.
