Sanders Service was responsive and extremely professional. And Mason Harshbarger, the technician, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of the HVAC system and resolved our problems.

The technician Kaleb was very respectful to my a/c needs. He took his time cleaning my unit. My most impressive moment was when he took his shoes off and put his slides on at the door so he didn’t track anything inside.

I was pleased with their service. I will be using them again. They replaced my water heater & faucets. Repaired toilet. Very reliable and friendly customer & service technicians!

They were able to come out the same day, they quickly identified our problem and set about taking care of it making sure we understood. The price was reasonable and we were told they would come back on their dime if problem persisted. Could not have been more pleased with their service. Arrived on time!! Repairman was knowledgeable & explained everything. Gave options & we decided to replace the water heater. Prompt estimate delivered & quickly scheduled the work to be done. Very pleased with first experience with Sander’s Service.

I contacted Sanders Plumbing after calling my old master plumber in Dallas asking if he knew a good plumbing company in my
area he told me to call Sanders, so I did and I talked to Lisa an she super nice & she sent me an estimator named Landon. He sends a text with his picture the morning of the appointment so you know who’s coming and a time when he would be arriving he was professional and is a plumber himself just doing more office/windshield work. I received the bid a couple days later it was fair enough on the cost. I have a shop being built and I wanted a water line that’s 120’ from meter to my shop in Arkansas amazing dirt 🤬, water closet, lavatory and a dog wash station plumbed. I’m a Texas Licensed Plumber but after 7 spinal surgeries I’m no longer able to perform the duties of a professional plumber but I maintain my license even though I’m medically retired. I can say they sent out a Master Plumber Jason B & his apprentice Wit and that team has a good relationship with each other very professional “like family”. I can say Jason is a very hands on kinda guy and definitely not afraid of a shovel and that is saying something cause once you get licensed and earn the Masters License 9x out of 10 the apprentice normally does all the grunt work but that’s not the case here they both got involved in the work being performed. His 2nd year apprentice is a good one he didn’t have to be told what to do at any stage of the job he was by far one young man I would’ve loved to be able to work with him if he would’ve been around when I was working. Yes I would Absolutely Recommend Sanders Plumbing and ask for Jason & Wit as the team to help you with your next project or man cave project, she shed or home project.

Darrell Cook was extremely Knowledgable - friendly and took the time to explain in detail all of my questions … then revisited those questions just to make sure I was clear on everything - repaired our backflow unit

Jayden is an excellent technician! He was very thorough and kindhearted. I love the mini bio of the technician and pic. Kudos! My first year with the Loyal Customer Club Care, and I’m impressed!

I will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward! Cheryl has been amazing working with my home insurance. The plumbers are so knowledgeable and kind.
If I could go higher than a 5 star, I would!
